What happens? Exercises to bring energy present; demonstration and breathing practice; integration time and rest.
The body is the vessel in which presence and aliveness show up: there may be trembling, streaming, movements and sound which open the breath. The experience for each person is different. And in a group we have fewer excuses to stop: we feel strengthened and connected. The brain otherwise wants to distract us, wants us to ‘stay safe’ and not change . . . but, the old beliefs and patterns are not needed anymore!
Wear loose comfortable clothes in layers. All mattresses, blankets etc.provided. Please bring a bottle of water for yourself. Doors will be locked at the start of the session – no later arrivals, and booking is required (we will take some details from you so you can breath safely). Payment in cash or beforehand by bank transfer. We suggest you plan relaxation following a session.
